What happens when if I forget my password?

All you have to do is e-mail our support department and answer a pre-arranged question and we will supply it to you

 How many email addresses can I have? Top

You can have as many as you like, however the original package comes with 5 all included in the cost. Additional addresses can be purchased in small bulk

 How can I update my webpage? Top

We will do that for you once a year at no charge. Additional changes can be made for a minimal charge.

 Can I get a refund if I don't use all the email addresses? Top

No, once you purchase the package you set up the names and you can not get a refund, however you can change the name on the addresses for a minimal fee.

 What if I want a larger website? Top

That is fine but you will have to purchase a hosting package and convert your account to a hosting package.

 Will prices rise on me after I sign up? Top

We do not see a price increase in the near future, however we do retain that right to raise them with sufficient notice for the next year in line of service.

 What if my account does not open? Top

Check with your local ISP and find out if you are connected, then make sure you are getting proper speed out of your computer. Restart your machine or refresh your pages. If you still do not seem to be able to find your email access contact our support center. 

 Is there a limit of addresses I can have? Top

Ordaniarly we say no, but right now we are capping out at 100 per domain.

 Who arranges for the sale of my site if I do not want it any longer? Top

As we are the agent of holding we will take charge of your domain if you no longer want it.

 Can I have more than one domain? Top

Absolutely, you can have as many as you like. You are as limited as the mind will allow.

 What forms of payment do you accept? Top

We accept checks, money orders and all forms of Mastercard and Visa. However if paying by check or money order the set up process takes longer.

 I submitted payment and the form but have not gotten an email notification of service. ? Top

Accounts are set up within a 4 hour time frame once we are notified of payment. If you have waited longer then the 4 hours please contact our support center..
